We have office space available from 250 square feet up to newly remodeled floors, which are 5640 square feet and rent for approximately $1.35 a square foot. Each of our office floors (three through ten) have an individual and distinctive ambiance, but every floor exhibits the beautiful Tennessee Walnut marble. While trying to retain the beauty of when our building was built (1920’s), our building is also a “Smart Building” with fibre optics on each floor and a new, energy-efficient air conditioning system.
All remodeled floors have been equipped to meet the American Disability Act (ADA for Handicapped). Nightly janitor and utilities are included in rent and receptionist services are provided for a small additional monthly fee. Also, Valet parking in our basement is provided for $80.00 per space per month, which can be accessed with either a key or a secure remote control.
Because our community hosts communications equipment, such as the antennas on our roof, we are exempt from rolling blackouts. Also, our in house internet service provider, Integrity Networks, offers super fast T3 internet connections which boast a DS3 at 45Mbps, soon to be dual DS3 at 45Mbps each for a total of 90Mbps.
